I thought hypptv contract only 1 year?

I just called TM on this. I dont' know if it is 1 years or 2 years. Doesn't matter because it is a packaged deal. Even if you do not want the package now, the next available one is 199 and you can only change to that. So to me no difference as all.

TM's stand is they give you one Hypptv package for free...

With no one wanting to subscribe to Sports package now, I bet they will not do anything to it to enhance the content. This Hypptv is not going to survive... poor us have to continue paying through our nose for the internet which the speed itself is a joke considering the current speed available in other countries.

Below is what I e-mailed to TM Unifi just now. Not very hopeful of a fruitful reply from them. But then nothing venture nothing gain...got nothing to do ma!..just cacau them! Maybe also follow up to MCMC and National Complaints Bureau PM Department.

Remembered I did a similar thing pertaining to hardware issue and the feedback was good. They call me up, came to my place and fixed. About a few days later they call me up again to check. This after I wrote to MCMC.

Saya langgan TM Unifi Pack Jumbo berkuatkuasa March  2016. Pakej  ini menawarkan saluran Sukan Astrosupersports 1 dan Astrosupersports 2. Ini adalah sebab utama saya saya langgan Pack Jumbo kerana pakej ini menyediakan 2 saluran sukan yang tersebut  antara lain lain saluran hiburan yang baik.

Mulai dari 1 Ogos 2016 TM Unifi tiba-tiba menamatkan 2 saluran tersebut ini. Saya rasa amat tidak puas hati dan kecewa dengan tindakan ini oleh TM Unifi. Saya membayar hampir RM200 sebulan untuk pakej ini dan kini ditamatkan. Ini adalah tidak adil kepada Pelanggan dan hak Pelanggan. Kalau begini saya mengadu bahawa TM Unifi mengurangkan langganan bulanan secara pro rata.

Pada masa akan datang jika saluran sukan yang serupa ini kembalikan saya tidak kisah membayar langganan bulanan yang biasa.

Jawapan Tuan/Puan sangat dihargai. Terima kasih banyak atas kerjasama Tuan/Puan.

For malaysia, hypptv is the official sponsor for rio olympics.

Astro is buying from them.

Can get from other intl sports hannels too via androidtv.
I find hypptv coverage good enough.. hd, stable.

ya, i understand.

i watch soccer only once every 2 years - worldcup and eurocup.

hypptv seems to be bungling over sports/soccer channels; free streams on kodi are not fully reliable.

i think for ardent soccer fans, there is only one way to full satisfaction - pay astro.

i am not aware if there is a second alternative for all soccer reliably at low price.

live hd soccer telecast is probably the world's biggest tv sports biz now... everyone wants to make $ and more $.

and astro's grip on soccer is probably the only thing that is keeping it alive, can't lose that one!

As for today...still no ofisial reply from TM regarding my complaint through MCMC...

What they fail to understand is people are primarily interested in watching EPL. Who wants to watch International Champions Cup and the Olympics comes once in every four years.

Sebab utama adalah orang mahu dan suka menonton EPL (English Premier League) dan begitu juga saya.

Siapa yang mahu menonton International Champions Cup dan Sukan Olimpik datang dalam hanya setiap kali dalam empat tahun. Kami tidak meminta iflix . TM bagi...Kita terima lah...banyak terima kasih. Saya boleh melanggan iflix dan berhenti melanggan bila-bila masa tanpa dikenakan penalti. Tetapi di sini saya tersangut selama 2 tahun dan tidak boleh turun taraf atau membatalkan tanpa dikenakan penalti yang berat. Saya adalah seorang Pesara Kerajaan yang serderhana dan bayaran RM200 sebulan boleh dianggap bukan begini yang sikit.

Semua dikatakan dan dilakukan kita Pelanggan mendapat akhir "Pendek Batang" (short end of the stick). Kalau di izin saya cadangkan berikut dalam terma dan syarat TM yang perlu masukkan ke dalam fasal ini: "Terima atau Tidak Terima. Jangan buat mengadu adu". Begitu Pelanggan baru mungkin akan tahu apa yang perlu buat.

Tolong jangan mengambil kesalahan. Maafkan jika saya telah begitu berat pandangan saya. Cuma kita Pelanggan kecewa dan berasa tertipu dengan yang saya rasa tidak adil.

Good news!!! New channel for sport pack...fox sport, 2, 3, fox sport news~ but still no EPL~

I tell you, it is useless one. They won't feel pressure because TM is a monopoly internet world in Malaysia.
If you don't like their package, please terminate your line after 2 years once you finish the contract.
Then subscribe by using mobile broadband with quota limit.

That's simple. Because TM know everybody want their plan because TM is the one one with unlimited quota + channels.
You must accept whenever what program channel release from Hyptv there.

Even through the EPL is coming, you end up need to subscribe n pay more than 200++ expensive plan because of subscribe for that.
So do you think it is worth for you?

Some people throw away that hpptv set up box , n buy the Android TV Box. You can watch whole worldwide channels (more than hyytv channels).

Anyway, you can give suggestions to TM. But if let say TM don't listen to our customer's need and wants, end up more and more customers leave from TM and back to maxis fiber + Astro.

TM will no choice and sure will take this EPL inside the sports.  So let's see how the TM grow in the future.

hey guys, I just upgraded from 4mbps to 8mbps while still maintaining RM140 per month under the Streamyzer promotion. I just finish install HyppTV and somehow I got all the paid channel although I did not subscribe. Am I lucky or they give limited free preview of these paid channels?

My fren told me, he's tm staff, said can start view today...btw, i didnt hook my stb so cant really check whether true or not, can u check from ur side or anyone else free to verify?

Ok, my source said the launching for fox sport has been cancelled, untill further notice...
