Is there any youtube app in hypptv?, I am searching for it inside the interactive menus but couldn't find it. Upon checking the website it does stated that youtube is available http://www.tm.com.my/hypptv/pages/interactive.aspx
I read STB installation guide manual page 2-1 Product Features that this unit supports downloads, installs and uninstalls android based applications is that so aa TM?

may i know your 1st month it is can watch all hypp tv channel (streamyx 8m package) or only 17 basic free channel ??

I can watch platinum, ruby and sports during the trial month all together about 64 channels, but checking through every channels I still can't watch few of its such as astro super sports and fried chilies hd

Thanks, but I don't want to erase it, just to control the time when they can or cannot watch. Currently I control it by hiding the remote control.

I think its at Interactive > Fun Zone > Youtube. But I'm not using the same STB with you, I'm using the old one.

confirmed, youtube is not included for this model huawei EC6106V5 as I checked every tabs and submenus under interactive option. But ok, not really a big deal for me for not having that

ok, today is 15th Aug which is the date TM opens for the other 3 promotion packs (in b4 only platinum pack being offered). Sports, Ruby and Mega pack subscription are now available in Hyppbuzz. I am eyeing for Sports Pack, but something is not make myself clear enough to proceed with the subscription, ok lets see



The words Enjoy this special price when you sign up from 1st August - 30th September 2013, ok fair enough to my understanding those signed between the dates would enjoy promotional price @ RM30/month. In hyppbuzz, the words are Promotion starts from 15 August 2013 until 30 September. Starting 1st October 2013, customers will enjoy this package at normal price of RM50. I got a question, if we subscribe this sports package now, will the RM30 remains even after the 1st October? I am afraid RM30 is only for a short of period of time and and due to the date it will automatically back to normal rate at RM50

I have set my favourite channel on hypptv, but how do i show/browse only my favourite channel and skip/hide other channel (unsubscribed).

hypptv use its own VLAN --> different route. same goes your internet. So, not effect your internet speed.

Lacked of menu management I guess, I am only see 'heart' icon representing the fav channels in guide but there are no options to group it all or to access the fav shortcut button from the remote control.

All these 33 channels is to be said under the Platinum Pack, but the real I am having now is channel 308 Sony Max is a subscription based which I need to buy for this, 833 Fried Chilies is and invalid channel no. Means to say, the real watchable channel under Platinum Pack is only 27 channels (minus the 308 Sony Max, VOD 821, 822, 831, 831 and lastly 833 Fried Chilies) and not 33 as been advertised.

Apparently, you can use channel no 99 to browse your favourite channel. But only 2 tiles/channels per screen.

I believed yours is using unifi with the STB supplied with it, I followed some instructions on how to get thing working but it was true for unifi such as 100 for mosaics and 99 to see the favs. For streamyx's STB, 100 and 99 doesn't work as it returns me invalid channel no. message. Since this model is so new, TM is not ready to documented what and which working for unifi and not for streamyx. For streamyx, to view the favs is guide > categories > my favourites.
btw, the Platinum Pack as I mentioned earlier about the missing channel 833 Fried Chilies, which is actually not. This channel is located under the VOD and not under the Live TV channel no 833 as been advertised.

Upon checking these channels, this is what I found: they are VOD channels been 'purchased' that will be expired on 11.59pm, 31st Dec 2099! see purchased history (yellow button) in VOD and see what channels that is ready to watch

I see, to go into the VOD is quite hassle, press this and that button to get them working and watchable. I wonder why they shifted Fried Chillies to VOD instead of Live TV, no wonder 833 channel is not valid no

I believe channel 800 and above are for VOD. As for free VOD until 2099, they are still tweaking it and will not last forever. That is the benefit of early subscriber. Last time on hyppty unifi they gave free point to purchase VOD when the purchasing point system are still in testing period. Manage to use it for few month until they stop it.

Then TM have to amend their promotional template what is categorized under VOD and Live TV. They advertised 833 is a bundled channel together with Platinum but the real is in VOD under Platinum Pack. Searching under FAQ yes they shifted channels 800 to their VOD started from April 2013.

It might be depending on the decoder. I'm using the old decoder and entering 833 on the control automatically redirects to the VOD page.

Btw, HyppTV now has a iOS and Android app for watching live channels on the go. They're getting serious in competing with Assteruk!

yes, this exactly what I am thinking, different decoder. But sometimes they messed up between unifi and streamyx which in fact given unreliable infos. From the hypptv highlight channels at 110 itself, any channels they promoted to enter mostly returned me as invalid channel number

Hi. I have Hypp Tv with Unifi 5mb. I live in Puchong. My hypptv is connected using a TP-LINK TL-WPA281. My hypptv lags. It gets stuck every 3 mins or so. Why is this happening? Is it because of my hypptv is connected wirelessly or are all of you having hypptv having the same problem?

Your help is very much appreciated in advanced. If i posted at the wrong thread, pls redirect me.
