No. 2 device is free. Additional device will have to pay. Other method you have to buy TV or monitor with HDMI.

Only free to pack subscribers, 2 devices need to play RM5/month, already confirmed with their cs. Well I guess have buy a cheap monitor, or pay RM5/month
