QUOTE(tut @ May 23 2006, 11:44 PM) those who keep accepting low basic salary are just spoiling the malaysian market. do u know that there are more graduates than job available right now? employers have more than enough supply of workers applying for job every year. and u want them all to demand higher wage? these are fresh grads! why would the office wanna pay high salary for zero experience?

Getting Started

i think if u r a degree holder, you will get around rm2000 per month... excluded all the allowances... like what other LYN members said, you should get our IR first.... like IR in mechanical eng, electrical eng and bla bla... then, you will earn a lot from there... i m still thinking whether wan work as sales eng or consultant eng... sad... oh yeah, if u r willing to work hard, work as contractor, and you will earn slightly higher...

QUOTE(low yat 82 @ May 23 2006, 12:01 AM) and is zero experience.... doesn't your university/college provide industrial training? how come zero experience? industrial training is meant to help push students to a new level of experience.. so they'd be ready after grad..
