- Full payment has to be made before proceeding with your order. The first payment would be for the cost of your item. Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we would weight it and you would have to pay for the shipping charges based on the weight of your parcel.
- Due to Holidays / unforseen circumstances, there might be a slight delay for the shipment. You will be informed of this.
- Tracking code would be given out 1 - 2 days after the item has arrived at our warehouse.
- Once payment is made, no refunds would be given if you decide to change your mind on the purchase.
- We are acting as the shipper a.k.a middlemen so we hold no responsibility on the quality of your purchase, nor the warranty of your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact the original seller. We will take care of the shipping and we will take care of the condition of your item while being shipped. We would only handle shipping related issues.
- Tax for items other than the AP Import Permit Package are to be bourne by the buyer. Usually 99% of the items wouldn't be taxed as we have special permit for import.
- Warranty for purchases (electronic goods and other items) are between the buyer and the seller. We will be able to guide / help you to send it back to the seller however, it would be at the cost of the buyer.
