Went to 1U and play with the monster for few minutes. I think apart from the screen size (and triluminos), slimness and specs, it was just like another Android smartphone. Are all of them going to load Chrome and leave WebKit behind? I find that while Chrome was running much better with Snapdragon 800, the text reflow does not work well with say, lowyat forum. Since I'm not used to it and couldn't find the menu key, I didn't try to check the setting.

I think Sony did the right thing. Its out early and having a good screen as well. Many would have bought one unless they are waiting for something to replace their Note series.

I think the downside is probably not having Android 4.3
