I'm with you on this. A phone is a phone, a tablet is a tablet. I like hybrid device such as cameraphone but I don't like phablets. Maybe up to 5.5 inch maximum but 6.44 inch is pushing one too far. To put salt on the wound, the square shape that Xperia line is also not pocket friendly too. I find out similarly screen sized Galaxy Mega 6.3 far more pocketable than Z Ultra.Dunno for what purpose u use a tablet, but I think this is a bit too small for a tablet instead..
