I think for now, only phone running Snapdragon 800 which have Adreno 330 GPU can proper hardware acceleration the 4K Video, which means only Sony Xperia Z Ultra, LG G2, Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A and Sony Xperia Z1 can playback fine.

correct, it is overpriced and can't be used properly if you are using back cover. Instead of previously opening the usb flap now I need to remove the whole casing in order to charge.. I don't know whats the purpose anymore.

End up I remembered Benny removed the cable from inside and that's what I did, used a flat head screwdriver and took the cable out. After that, still cannot charge properly because the rubber around the connector is blocking my case opening. Another mod need to be done which is to remove the rubber protector around the charging head, which is so tight the whole thing needs to be cut off or peeled off. Finally I'm now using just the cable by itself and it now can be connected to my back cover opening..

Chrome beta is no longer a ram hog after the recent updates.  Smooth and it comes with data compression too to reduce and maximise your bandwidth consumption, especially those on less than 1gb monthly quota.  Other browsers offer this feature but chrome is really useful considering its tight integration with google services for example, I can be researching on my next tour in Australia and on my google now in other devices, its able to suggest further info on the searched terms.

Also, it remembers those searches that when I actually land in Australia, it gives me info like traffic updates, distance etc

Been using chrome beta for a long time.  Only difference I notice is that beta version has data compression capability while regular flavor don't.

As for tight integration with google services, any chrome browser on any OS works for example, I was researching for my trip to macau last time on my chrome iPad, when I switch on google now on my nexus 4, there were card suggestions on where I can further research the topic.

When I landed in macau, open google now, it was able to remember the landmarks I searched for based on my location and gave me distance and traffic info and more about the site, including bus or mrt routes to it (if any)

Google is simply amazing.  If there is one and only one reason to get android, its got to be Google Now

I just try today. Unstop surfing via chrome, play some games, Whatsapp, wechat.

I can get around 4 hours SOT. Not bad.

Same too. I wonder how to last 3-4 days. My ip5 experience most is can last from morning to night. Sot lesser than my Xperia. Maybe he is just use phone rarely. To answer few call and sms in 3-4 days.

am using wifi only. mainly for email, whatsapp, listen to songs... battery draining very fast tho when using gps

I bought a white one yesterday. Compared to my Nexus 7 it is a bit smaller and it can fit into my pocket. I think the size is the best compromise not too big not too small IMHO. Battery is great compared to my previous  galaxy nexus phone  . Overall satisfied with my new phone.
