Nope, but I do face common issue as people said, one of it is avoidable. Another one is no idea why it happen, I am ok with it as I seldom switch off the phone.

• Cannot turn on after locked the screen - Turn off Optimised backlight at Display.
  
• Fake hang when phone startup - Just wait for a while, it will success load after that.
  
• Screen remain 100% brightness after fake hang - Untick Adapt to lighting conditions and move the slider.
  

Due to will missing SONY logo, so I not going to peel it off. Or else I already do now.

Also another issue is the keyboard. Haizz... why Sony cannot do proper on keyboard.

• in .475 firmware, the Chinese keyboard cannot type when input as it show rubbish, only can swipe. No issue when switching over to English.
• now in .510 firmware, the Chinese keyboard already fixed and can type or swipe for input, but the swipe is not working when you switch to English under mini keyboard.

No issue under international keyboard.

SOD won't happen as long as you un-tick the new feature at Settings - Display call "Optimised backlight".

Yes, it is hang. You must turn off that Optimised backlight, once turn off, it forever won't happen.

Pretty sure it solved. Believe all people face this and it is a confirm bugs at XDA

Which SOD you mean? The SOD people talk about is cannot wake up after locked the screen. Turning off fixed it for me and a lot people at XDA and gfan.

If you mean stuck at black screen during switch on the phone, that one is another bugs, just wait a while and the phone will later continue boot in.

Since you already at. 510, try repair your phone at PC companion. Maybe that FTF really got more problem.

Use FTF no need root. Later can reflash again from PC Companion by select repair phone if decide.

I don't feel that, just check at dark area. Mine is turn off completely. By the way, I always use power button to turn off after use rather than wait it auto off or any software that turn it off. I do face third party software not turn off proper in my previous phone before.

Can you show me how to replace to Chainfire SuperSU step.

I not really sure on this. I try before download the Chainfire SuperSU, it do success update binary but it keep prompting every time when I open it, and it won't set it as default.

And the root gone if I later I remove that vroot app using Titanium Backup.


* Is that I need push the Chainfire version as system apps after install? When I need to replace this root? Before or after I flash back the Taiwan kernel?

Oh, during in .475, after I install Chainfire SuperSU, the system still use Chinese SU as default. Hmm...

I want to remove that Chinese SU as that vRoot Chinese SU beside root, it also auto run in background silently startup apps optimization, I don't want that feature run in the phone.

I try stop all (click one by one) to prevent the apps let optimize, by doing so, certain apps became force close, this include YouTube and also Stamina Mode, and it is hardly to stop all, certain apps cannot stop even after restart the phone. So I suspicious about that optimize thing, thus I want complete remove that Chinese app.

You go check that chinese app in the phone, it will show, and everytime when install new app, it will prompt want optimize or not.

I not sure it will behave like that for you or not since you mention it already take over by Chainfire version.

I did last time it never take over.

You just install from Play Store without do anything after that? Not push as system app or whatever?

Yalo, funny, I had do install chainfire superSU when I use vroot in .475 firmware. But after that the phone still use that chinese superSU instead of chainfire superSU.
