Even my current PC (few years ago) cannot proper playback, but it run seemlessly fine in MX Player.

Above video required MX Player as bundle Video app cannot playback probably due to codec not support.

VLC Player for PC can play but crazy lag.

In some cases the phone is more powerful especially when they have custom functions in the SoC for video decoding and/or 3d performance.

Only discrete gpus in notebooks or PCs can be more powerful.

My ram left 100-200mb previously which explains the desktop lag. Could it be because of i played asphalt 7 and real racing? 

Now after . Clean up ram and I'm left with 800-900mb..
Good enough?

is it worth it with the price? what are the problems? juggling ultra z note 3 optimus g pro and u9z1

I don't see needed of 3GB in any phone except Samsung new touchwiz with full of sensor apps and bloatware.

Ubuntu - not interesting and won't appear in my phone.

I had no issue use 2GB till now, 3GB is just waste unless Sony did like Samsung, full of sensor apps and bloatware, or else that extra 1GB is just pending there for nothing for the moment.

I dunno how rayzrblade use. It never happen to me, and those clear RAM apps is make things worst not better. Once you use it, it behave abnormal.

Go & Ask Sony Service Center, then you know right.

I used nexus 4 twice so I know what you are talking about. I think xzu smoothness is not that bad overall. Of course not as silky smooth as nexus 4 but not bad at all.

I like your simple answer. the solution is apparent. Why waste time think too much.. Or get iPhone instead, no need to get headache with Android.. But it makes me wonder why iOS user always bother to sneak into Android forum and complain this and that, and praising iOS is better.. If it is really better, why bother think about Android? Means that, something in iOS that did not satisfy u.. U are craving for more, looking for alternatives other than iPhone..

I will surely go back to iPhone it apple makes larger screen  iPhone, 4.7" at least.. Actually I like iPhone, and I'm a Mac user so iPhone is its best companion, but I wish it have bigger screen..
