QUOTE(raymondtong94 @ Dec 26 2013, 02:11 AM) the original charger given by Lenovo has an output of 1A. its too slow to charge my K900 (after it is completely discharged). i think those iPad chargers do work perfect for fast charging, right? Thats the case if your kernel allows higher amp charging.

QUOTE(raymondtong94 @ Jan 8 2014, 08:52 PM) just did something crazy today. if you guys ever heard about oleophobic coating, so wanna know how did i did mine without those specific fluids, which tends to wear out? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « just did it with those automotive polish and wax. now the screen feels so smooth and fingerprint resistant. not to mention that it feels like you just added a layer of screen protector.
i applied it on a naked screen (non screen protector) OMG! Will try this tomorrow on my older phones. I'm sick of grippy screens especially my alarm clock (iPhone 4)

QUOTE(raymondtong94 @ Jan 12 2014, 11:55 PM) i never tested the stock ROM's battery life since the 1st day i bought this phone, so i dont know how well the default ROM battery performs. the 1st thing that i did when i got my hands on this phone was drain the battery, then charge it to 100% and flash it to Vibe ROM V4 straight. what i can say, the phone does still lags, especially when exiting the Gallery app, scrolling up and down in the settings UI and sometimes, the home screen will lag a little when you turn between home screens. This is most likely due to bad optimisation. The graphics card can obviously render faster. But the kernel was unable to steep up the frequency fast enough to prevent the lag.

QUOTE(raymondtong94 @ Jan 13 2014, 01:19 AM) well, what i can hope is that, in the upcoming versions of Android, it will fix that issue, or wait for Lenovo to release a better firmware update. maybe i will revert back to stock ROM. Yea, do give the devs a little time.

QUOTE(raymondtong94 @ Jan 22 2014, 02:43 PM) why do ya say so? Its a way to describe a phone after being useless, you use it as a paper weight.

QUOTE(raymondtong94 @ Jan 23 2014, 09:30 PM) hi /k/tard. owned the phone for 1 month and i dont have any issues with it, works flawlessly. i bricked my K900 last week but i am able to recover it (the K900 is unbrickable). Lenovo K900 rocks. to add : best if you flash it with Vibe ROM, a MIUI like android ROM by Lenovo. Oh yea? Try removing the battery (which is kinda impossible) while flashing ROM using CWM.
