My cracked screen K900 still works fine eventhough all the front glass shattered..haha..,called Lenovo for warranty information, to replace it would cost roughly 800 along with the installation fees. No hassle, a fine service i would say. Just that the charge are abit pricy i would say.

Haha, i dint sent it for any repair, well im still using it as we speak others functioning well,besides the cracked glass .

As for ur problem, do give them a call,they will try to solve it by phone,if cant, no other way besides sending it for RMA.

I take around 2 to 3 days. Last time I send my Lenovo P770, friday send,  Tuesday able to get back. It depends whether the service center is overloaded or not as well.

Wifi could not turn on after few hours of usage in day 1.
Btw,thst time I bought P770 and S890 together. S890 working perfectly. Went back to seller,  seller told me my unit is the last unit. No stock to exchange. So no choice went to service center to fix it. Changed the motherboard, Wifi working 24/7 until now. Sometimes unlucky will strike us one day when come to gadget defect.

i have sony z fail me in a month and z1 fail me in 2 week ..... now damn tired with phone, wanted k900 but k910 on the way ...

actually i like z, expecially current used prices (around 1k-1.1k range), which is pretty good, only draw back is battery life

Bro Icehart, as mentioned earlier in  my post, my phone was having exactly the same problem as you. It never charged despite having the charge sign. Phone down to ZERO % so i dun hv chance to backup my phone. Maybe you would want to backup everything nw~ haha

Mine was sent in for 2 weeks and will be back on tomorrow. Service is not too bad.

But something that we have to take note is tat this seems to be an issue suffered by many people. Some ppl are complaining about the same problem in Lenovo forum.

Hopefully they can fix it with something different so the problem wont reoccur
