Update for my Lenovo Contact Manager and Lenovo Theme Center Update issue: Just delete the Theme Center and Contact Manager APK file in SUSdownload. After that, click the update again. The apk file will download again. At the same time, don't click the update button again. It will crash the update.

hi , anyone face the problem which the phone unable to vibrate ? i wonder if its a bug or hardware problem ? anyone gt any solution ? thanks

Phone was great for number of months, but suddenly having this charging issue, kinda selective on the charger, though the phone indicated charging when plugged in but the batt keeps on dropping percentage. Now charging seems ok when plug to a battery bank, and also using car charger - this is getting weirder

There is a problem with USB connector on every K900 because of bad quality of manufacturing of that part. When you put USB cable in port of phone, when you work with it in yours hands, or move phone around, there is a great chance to broke some pin contact inside.
After a few month of using almost every week someone of mine friends with that model report a issue.

I had a problem too, and resolve it in servis with replace whole USB port with new one. I have two year warianty, and it was free.

I hope that people from Lenovo read this.

help me please, i sent my phone k900 for warranty at their service centre, that phone cannot charge, cant switch on. they said need receipt from the shop i bought, i dont have it. btw its an original set from lenovo malaysia and they should be able to check it using imei right(i know because i sent my note 2 before at samsung service centre and they only need the phone). but, they said without the receipt they cant repair it, if want to repair need to charge. i said ok because its only rm50. then they ask me to wait for 30mins. after 30mins, they said they just cannot fix it..wtf? its their phone, original from lenovo malaysia. what should i do guys?

Now I'm using Vibe rom V7. If I want to sent back the phone to claim warranty, should i flash back to original rom? Because the vibe rom V7 have root.. that's I worry it will void the warranty

Which service center you go? The one at Jalan Tandang one doesn't require any receipt...

if you lost ur root, just use VROOT to root it again.

nope. you dont have to flash original rom to get a warranty fix. dont even need to give them the password to unlock ur phone.

My phone bricked, I try using MFT xFSTK downloader but it stuck at CONTINUING TO OS. then PHONE IS DEAD. Can somebody help me with that?

but most of the time its crashing and laggy. Anyone here can share a simple and nice
