For your information, the automotive service provider will not responsible based on this issued. I hope you all can do something or compensate based from wrinkle issue case until it's affected radio signal of the car accessories.

I hope we all can in peace to settle for this problem.
Else, I'm no choice to spread this issued to public so that all of the customers are aware about this. Sorry to say because I'm giving a lot a lot of chances to improve your service quality but it's seems like your Raytech teams never to care after service customers (even through it's warranty period).

Raytech HQ direct ask me go to Rawang there replacement everything and compensate to me.
Feel disappointed this service provider, end up inform me to drive long distance from JB to Rawang and spend my pocket money for petrol and toll fee.

No more 2nd time already.. Seems like unprofessional skills tinted too many at other state except KL there..
