Thought of going there for lunch one day, so looks like no point yet...
During initial launch, developer said mall lots not for sale, will be managed by themselves After many phases sold suddenly mall lots are up for sale... Not many developers ready to should the commitment and responsibility to manage a retail place, chances of success most of the time is challenging |
