Hey guys, I just wonder is it worth to buy The Greenz since the price could shot up to at least RM500k and above? As I know the level 7 (lowest unit) started from RM490K. Although location wise is strategic, but the traffic there is somehow congested. If we rented it out, how much we can rent since there are few condominium there like East Lake and Fortune Park? Seems like quite competitve. First home buyer like us once committed is almost impossible for us to draw back and the commitment is damn high. Hence, wish to seek the opinion from you all. TQVM
