Another unit sold at the lelong market today.
Damn it notice there is a bad syndicate cheating on noob buyer in the market currently.
Sad case happening.

Scroll above. This syndicate won the last unit here at 445k.
Now today managed to cheat another buyer.

2 bidders. Syndicate own register as another bidder to bid up the price. Reason is to collect higher commission earning.
Nobody else will enter at 470k. Is still high price.

Anyway, they bid up the price and sold at 502k.
I pity the buyer who got cheated.


p/s: Edit to show the bidding process as per the image:
Bid started at 475k (since got 2 bidder). 1 bid 2k increment.
Buyer authorize bidder shouted 490k straight.
Fake bidder shouted 500k straight.
Buyer authorize bidder raise hand to bid normal 2k become 502k.

One South, South city, basically this whole area is full with foreigners and Bangla, maybe because of those colleges nearby

You can even find some happy ending massage here in this area

Really wanted the place. Studies the place. Went for numerous site visits. Talked to friends living there.
Alas lost it to really eager buyers who were rushing. sigh.

But what makes you think that it is a syndicate? It could be that the bidder really wanted the unit.
At that time I was also thinking why on earth would anyone jump 20k and then 10k. Why would anyone overpay?
Another take is that the bidders could be the bank.

same same la, those middle eastern live here like they own the whole place, blocking the lift and chatting, simply throw rubbish, and they always talk very loud and sometime fight

opposite south city plaza already got few cases until the police come to settle

Bank could recover any short fall from borrower, need not pump auction price.

Definitely not the bank or any outsider.
This is confirm 100% internal job.
Read back the bidding scenario:

Bid started at 475k (since got 2 bidder). 1 bid 2k increment.
Buyer authorize bidder shouted 490k straight.
Fake bidder shouted 500k straight.
(So let's assume this fake bidder is the bank or outsider trying to jack up the price.
The real buyer decide not to follow up this bid. So this bank or outsider will end up getting the unit instead at 500k.
Fail plan? Why jack up so high suddenly and not bidding step by step? If what you are saying make sense.)


Continue the real scenario:
Buyer authorize bidder raise hand to bid normal 2k become 502k.
Done. Sold!
