Hi all, i checked with management, they commented the carpark renting is the business between the owner and the carpark renting person.
Here's the thing, they have 2 types of cards. (1) Rapita Card & (2) Entry Pass Rapita Card accesses Carpark & Lobby Lift & floor (issued by on carpark slot entitled / unit) Entry Pass accesses Lobby Lift & floor (can be issued additionally with owner's consent) Scenario When i rent a carpark from Owner A, i should be getting Rapita Card from Owner A in order to access the carpark, am i right ? Since i cant get extra on my own. |
