though the stickers are not warranty stickers, just for you to verify its from zitron/avaxx and skmm approved. you can remove it straight away after you pay of course. the warranty stickers are inside the phone. lumia 920 for example have it below the sim tray.

in the US(not sure about malaysia) they dont allow channel 12 and 13 on 2.4GHz. So either Qualcomm disabled it or the chip itself doesnt support it. TMs unifi router for example use auto channel setting by default. And it support up to channel 13, and if the auto selection lands there, your phone wont detect the wifi.

Yes you can, in fact, many of us including me is using the US WP Store. You just have to change your country/region in settings-> language+region. And tap restart when it ask you to.

yea, you can use fake US address, and if you have paypal, it will work just by logging in. at least thats how i get it to work last time. i use both.

WP always use wifi instead of data. Do you turn on the wifi always on option in wifi advanced settings? By default WP turns off wifi when screen off and will use your data in this case.

no such thing. your phone is developer unlock only if you developer unlock it. hard resets will remove developer unlock. but for warranty purpose better reflash to gdr2 or before, as hard resets wont downgrade the os.

nice one, saw a vid on wpcentral where they log in the dev account in the app right? correct me if im wrong. i guess the app will do it for you. you dont need to log in if you developer unlock using SDK tool.

yes it will void your warranty, but if you have hardware problem that needed to be sent to NCC, you can just re flash to the old os+firmware using the dead usb/phone method(you now have your warranty back). because developer unlock is tied to your phone+microsoft account(hard reset removes developer unlock), and you cant downgrade your phone(unless you flash like i mention). if you dont mind losing your data which the NCC will wipe anyway, then do it, else, wait for the official release.

you still have to hard reset your phone though even after GA, to remove the developer unlock(i bet NCC wont take their time to check this though). but to go to GDR3 preview and the final gdr3, you wont lose anything as the upgrade is through OTA. about the warranty, you can always flash back to the previous firmware, if nokia care suite cant boot your phone, so does the NCC people and theyll replace the whole board. but this is very very very rare of course, almost impossible for software(OS) to break hardware, unless it messes with drivers(firmware). just do it.

now = screen problem(for example) -> flash back(lose data) - send NCC -> reset(lose data) - > fix ->get back the phone

back on official = normal.

basically, you wont lose anything except for the extra step.
