This is just my theory (can't bother to look it up now lol), but I think WP gives priority based on connection speed, not connection type, which kinda sucks over here since for some of us 3G/4G connection is actually faster than Slowmyx.

If you sign up as a dev at App Studio (free, takes a few minutes) you can get it in a little over one week. brows.gif When the official update Lumia Cyan is out it will be overwritten.

Done updating. A few points -

- Live folders ftw. Live folder ftw. Live folders ftw.
- IE works properly now as in no more cut off pictures.
- Seems faster.
