haven't tested purple cherry yet, but VBA8 should be black and white it I'm not mistaken. But it doesn't really matter cos I'm used to playing Pokemon RBY on black and white and without sound haha. Been doing that for three years nearly everyday before switching over to my Lumia.

Curious, are there any keyboard shortcuts for WP? Like an equivalent to CTRL+A for desktop. Or a way to select words without the pop-up keyboard getting in the way.

I know lots of you like putting Asian lengluis as wallpapers, and good news is, there's an app to let you do that easily called Chinese Girls available for free for a limited time.

I use 500 Backgrounds for that btw. I prefer sultry shots =)

50% of what 500 Backgrounds offers are nature stuff. I'd highly recommend that app.

And yeah, lots of free apps that come around. Download myAppfree and Appdeals to keep track of them. And subscribing to a WP RSS feed and the WP subreddit helps too.

Autocorrect doesn't seem to work for a number of instances; searching being one and when filling up certain forum boxes for another.

Auto-disabling autocorrect for searching makes sense, but there should be an option to turn it off imo. #WPproblems

Few months being a WP user got me pretty patient about all these. My regular self sure cannot tahan wan lol.

Thinking of sending my phone for repair since I'm still under warranty. Problem is that my battery drains out unexpectedly, as in battery is at around 40% then the phone just bricks as if the battery is dead at less than 5%.

Anybody got experience with Nokia's repair services? How long does it usually take to get my phone back?

Also, is it a sign that WP8.1 require at least 1GB ram to run the new features smoothly?

I tried many, but I stuck with the default one in the end. Its gonna be a major update either before or during the WP8.1 update btw to keep it in line with the W8 one.

Other music apps that, to me, are the creme of the crop in the app store are Audiotica V Beta (have to download via link), Nokia MixRadio and Spotify (could use major improvements but what the hell).

Don't think the 525 will make as much as an impact as the 520. It's relatively expensive.

The 520 is selling at crazy prices in the US according to the WP subreddit, about $49 for an off-model.

This would be the first game from Gamaeloft that got me interested at first sight tbh. But my 720 can't support it :/

DivvyUp (bill splitting app) is free for a limited time too. You gotta download the app, then upgrade from within it.

Doubt it. I'd say Q1 2014, especially since Malaysia gets stuff later.

Hopefully MS sends updates straight instead of going through carriers for the WP 8.1 update and beyond.
