Or maybe Blackberry is secretly trying out Windows Phone OS ?? Or concept of the old Nokia E series adapting Windows Phone ?

On another note, I have been trying out the weather apps. I just this weather which works similar with those weaher apps in other OS. The name of the weather apps is Amazing Weather. It updates the weather base on the location itself, which I find it quite nice.

Why don't people buy the much cheaper but bigger screen/better screen/battery Samsung Ativ S instead of Lumia 720? Especially now you can also have Nokia Here navigation on the Samsung. They even cost the same.

My first touch screen phone was the original Samsung Wave, beautiful hardware from Samsung. The problem is they totally neglect the bada os.

Ativ S looks like history repeating itself, as WP8 appears to be no more than Plan B or C even for Samsung.

Still it's a great phone and the WP8 experience transcends brands. The problem is everyone knows that Nokia is the only device maker that's fully committed to WP.

May be Samsung Ativ S cannot be upgradable into GDR 2 yet. somemore when ppls talk about Windows phone, their mind will be more on Nokia rather than Samsung or other brands.

True, Nokia provides better support on Windows Phone, in fact, the best support for Windows Phone I think...

some Ativ S user report that they already get gdr2 update my 8x also edy installed gdr2 update

is it??? I'm not so sure about it. Because I just want to change into windows phone so I've been doing research about Nokia Lumia 720, 625 and Samsung Ativ S as the price of these 3 phone are similar. Samsung Ativ S has been much more better in those spec if compare to Nokia. If Samsung Ativ S can be upgradable into GDR 2, then i think i should go for samsung ativ S. because GDR 3 is coming soon as they claimed that Nokia lumia 520 wont be upgrade into GDR 3 due to the low spec. Perhaps here got any Ativ S users that already receive the upgrade can be update here?

if u dun play games,then Lumia 720 is good enough.

reason why i choose htc 8x instead of lumia 720 is its has 1gb cpmpare to 512mb on 720.most gooding games on wp store req 1gb ram

My No.1 concern is battery life. A dumb phone with battery still beat a smartphone with no battery. L720 is reported to significantly better

My No.2 concern is, Lumia 720 does not have double tap to wake feature due to hardware limitation. Not sure whether Ativ S amber updates got or not.

My must have apps would be Nokia HERE navigation and it's now also available on the ATIV S. And some reviews say ATiV's camera is better.

Samsung Ativ S should have Amber also.

One thing for sure, 720 does not have Double Tap to Wake feature because of hardware limitation. Since ATIV S has better hardware, just not sure whether it has DTTW or not.

Having used Zeiss len, I would agree with you. Those Zeiss has to be used to believe.
