its FREE From microsoft, i received my email today 12pm.

Yes, most likely that is normal and relates to the voicemail or unavailable announcement setting.

Heard about Microsoft giving away 20GB for free too (for one year).

But I am still with 7GB lol.

they will send an email to you with the code to redeem the 20GB..i got mine this morning
