Hi all,
One point I find interesting about Parkville is that it is located near to the MRT station, not as good location as "Tropicana Garden" but close enough for the shuttle bus to provide frequent service, I hope in the future.
And Parkville is near to both Kota Damansara town centre/Giza and Mutiara Damansara which my kids like to go.
As for me, I am a PJ person having grew up in old town and state, while hanging around DJ, Uptown and BU while in college. So now I have to move with the trends of children today.
What will the future price of Parkville be like? It seem to trail bandar utama.... Any thoughts to share?
oh you meant THAT school. AC for all classes. nice looking teachers. some even purposely bought up riana green just to enrol their kids. kekeke.
it's not that near. and yes i am aware of the back route from sunway cita d'sara and opal before palm spring and parkville. i use that if i wanna get access to mutiara from tropicana all the time.
bear in mind this development should not have much catalyst left since it's surrounding is more or less fully developed. if it's for own stay and you like it, why not. but if it's for investment, it should grow together with the surrounding but do not expect a huge sudden catalyst. unless the industrial lots are being rezoned?
mrt is gonna be within walking distance actually. good pick. but for similiar pricing you may get a landed at tropicana indah, or kota damansara landed. of course if it's security you are after, you can get the landed such as sunway sutera which is low densed.
anyway, i also personally sort of like KD as a whole. so go ahead if you are happy.
