can go straight go to panel workshop? the panel workshop will report to Etiqa or do we have to report to Etiqa first then go to panel workshop?

1) Make police report within 24 hours.

2) Tomorrow go and pay and collect the report and pictures from police station.
    Today report, tomorrow (maybe Monday coz tomorrow Saturday) can take.
    Pictures never that fast get wo.
3) Inform your insurance that you buttsek ppl and tell them which SC you plan to send to repair.

3) Take your report and police pictures and send your car to Proton. I know COSE and PESC Tun Razak does collision repair. Not all SC does. Check their website.

4) Find the Proton guy that does all these insurance claims. Give him your key, wait him fill up the form and you can leave w/o your car 
Ask the Proton fella to tukar baru semua  .
Bumper, front lamp semua tukar baru.
if your car <5 years can send back to Proton and ask them use. all new ORI parts.

5) Wait for Proton call and collect ur car. The Proton guy will settle the adjuster and all paper works.

6) Wait for the bill from Proton sent to your insurance and your insurance will send you a copy or the list of changed parts. Sign that letter and give back insurance and thats it. Prepare for heartattack when you saw the amount Proton bill to your insurance. Panel workshop also same same
At the same time wait for Proton call you when it is ready to collect back your gaga.

Last time I buttsek ppl, change the following NEW parts.
i)  Bumper
ii)  Front lamp casing
iii) Bulb also new I think.
iv) Respray bonnet though bonnet din kena anything. This is to maximize their profit

I'm recording my best FC to date. Right now the mileage is at 300km and the fuel indicator is still at the 2nd last bar since yesterday. I'm expecting the indicator to be at the last bar soon so it's actually 300km = 5 bars. In theory I should get at least 350km per full tank  

I realise though this FC is because of the holiday, smooth traffic all the way. Wait till the jam comes back, my FC will be crappy again

I vacuum everyday, plus I trained them to poo in the garden instead in the house. At 1st they poo&pee in the house but after you have experienced with cats then you know what signs they will do before they poo or pee. The hard time of taking care of them is when they are small after they grow up it's easier.
