truly the king of auction. any argument that many subsale transaction can be quashed easily with brickz data that shows almost same number of trx as lelong units (18 last year).

Even if u buy for ownstay should be taking a big hit on capital values.

buy this better than those pr1ma house, bcoz pr1ma starting price also around 300k and those house normally 1000 sq ft only.

At auction price of 330k?? hell yeah.

do note that leasehold only about 70 years left which will continue to lead hillpark to even worse performance for those buyers at 500k.

for the auction units can rent out cheap cheap since low purchase price.
