well, 1st you need to decide either to join the competitive clan or casual clan. next is the either local or mixed ones... the more famous clan usually have a requirement for applying.

try having a platoon of arty, so much fun~. track hit boom~ XD

online tutorials, guide, video, and clan can help. i'd suggest you to befriend someone who plays on the same timeslot as you and platoon a lot... i had a semi perma platoon since close beta XD. anyway, having 2 other players that you can count (hopefully) makes a heck of a difference.

the new mission's fun and rewarding enough. 50k dmg is easy if you have high tier tds... the badside of the missions - random reds appears.. alot. XD

for clan war, you'll need to have multiple tier 10 available, be good at em, or be godly in 1 type of tank/td/arty. the hidden rule of cw is if you dont have a t10, gtfo you dont belong here. anyway, with the campaign rules now, the tier cap is t8 i think. lastly, of course be in a clan that actually do cw.

clan war = a chance to show off your e-pen. jokes aside, it's a series of battles where you fight to gain foothold on the game world map. clan that owns a land (province in this game) gain gold based on the province value, by the hour. this gold will then deposited into the clan treasury where it can be used for multiple stuff. the active clan with multiple high value provinces owned can easily give out premium tanks for its core members for example.

same, already having is6 aside, the mission is just takes too much effort and time. heck, just look at the chinese tank list. getting 100k on those are just insane.. XD
..on the plus side, are we going to have the patch sooner than expected? from the japanese tank list for the mission.. it's the t6

personally, i'd say just ignore the color. as long as you have fun playing it's more than enough dy. and in general, play long enough, improve lil by lil and most ppl are bound to stay in green at least..

nah, most of the godly players just tend to stick with those they know... A purple wont make much of a difference, a PLATOON tho, can carry the game.

why stop at just steam, alot of stuff are on sale. go grab a killzone vers. ps4 too while at it.
that aside, rather than some cheap prem tank it's better to aim for a t8 prem..

psh, defend? full assault, always. well.. that how my plat roll usually.. XD

depends on the person i guess? personally i play for 2-3 hours a day normally. slowly gaining about 10-20k exp per day if i actually grind a tank tree. overall i've spent like uh, rm300-500 ish?
