Yes. Read the WOT 8.8 Patch Notes.

Compensation for the VK30.01H was added:

    If a player has researched the VK 30.01(H), the VK 30.02 (M) will be researched.
    If a player has a VK 30.01 (H), a VK 30.02 (M) will be added to their garage with a slot and a crew with 100% skill for free. Ammunition, mounted equipment or consumables will not be added.
    If a player has camouflage on the VK 30.01 (H), the same camouflage with the same duration (permanent or number of days) will be added to their VK 30.02 (M) for free. Same applies to all inscriptions and emblems.
    All unspent experience from the VK 30.01(H) will be transferred to VK 30.02 (M).
    Vehicle statistics will not be transferred from the VK 30.01 (H) to the VK 30.02 (M).

How's german tanks doing generally? I've been spending most of my times in russian tanks.

Komarin is really as lulzy as ever. Noobs don't know where to go and get slaughtered by invisible tanks.

Have about 4k battles and only unlocked one tier x, some in general says it's too soon.
Might be really, I've only truly learned how cano value works three days back. Always been hiding with td, but never specifics.

Get used to engine fires though.

Them Germans love to put their engines in their LFP. (Historically not really, it was the transmission box that is put in the forward compartment. But it counts as part of the engine ingame.)

Compared to what Russians have for their guns, is it that far off? Have you tried IS7 or obj 704? Any comparison?

I have the JT 8,8cm and played the Russian tree extensively. (and borrowed a couple of Kraut tank from friends to test them out.)

Yes, you can definitely feel the difference in accuracy. Where 0.4+ acc is the norm for Russian tanks, Germans tend to sport 0.3x accuracy for almost all their guns and the JT has an insane 0.31 accuracy for its 12.8cm gun.

Been in that same situation, but I always try to keep calm...... occasionally I do lose control 


It was 4 vs 4 near the end, but the other 2 kept on the other side of the lake doing nothing while the opposing team was busy capping the flag. 
I did the best I could...

I'm curious as to why my (M) has a yellow ribbon and I never had any medals on my crew like yours and some other screenshots posted.... 
How do I accomplish that?

Well, all of my crews are straight from Training Academy or been through Regimental School. I suppose that explains why my tank crew does not have any medals (on the left of the crew portrait in the garage) since none started from 50% level to 100% from the start.
The wiki never touched on this subject.
Not many compared to some players here.
Only achieved Mastery Badge: "Ace Tanker" 50% of the tanks in my garage. Not "Experten" level yet. Have a long long way to go to reach the top.
Still learning new things including map strategy, tactics and game mechanics every day...

Still left two more Tier I tanks to get Mastery Badge: "Ace Tanker".
