There are female gamers out there in WOT..... Just as there are female players in Quake I and personally heard their voices in Team Fortress II.

Why not? I'm sure there are many female fans of Girls und Panzers who'd love to drive a tank.

Which tank to go for after Pz.IV?

VK 30.01 (P) or VK 36.01 (H)

In a dilemma here since I read that the latter is prone to being ammo racked and the former leads to Pz.VI Tiger (P). I hit one at the engine and was like lighting a fuse of a firecracker.
Thankfully, I never experienced being ammo racked before but from what I read in the wiki, it can result the loss of crew.

Does this means I have to get a new crew member(s) and start over on the skills that was acquired with the previous tank crew(s)?

Personally I opted for VK 36.01(H) since it leads to the indomitable Tiger I
Most, if not all German panzers AFAIK are prone to engine fire, even in higher tier since the lower glacis plate is a huge weakspot, most experienced players will hide it from getting hit.
Getting ammo hit can mean two things: it is either slow reload or instant death (since IRL exploding ammo will kill the crews and explode the tank from within), but that does not mean you will have to retrain. Just head back to garage, play a round and the previous tank will be repaired with the crews back in the landship, ready to unleash hell. It is not real life that old crews are dead and you have to pick some new ones
