yes if can, i always ram all of them at full speed, usually that kills them except for china tier 8 tank which kills me instead.
went back to research to check, that tank is lighter than auf panther. i sense WoT trolling.

You should remember that low tier gameplay and high tier (starting from tier 6) is very different.
