why can't they target the suprima weight max at 1200kg?
For next cycle of SAGA, they should make it as big/light as almera, fuel consumption max at 5.5l/100km. Just my wishful thinking

in my opinion, Proton should focus on weight shedding than new engine since engine development cost more.

which bring me to this point, why on earth proton need to make cars that can take corner at 130km/hr?
They should focus more on what consumer want these days; cheap to run, maintain and less/free problem. Heck, I can live with a saga that have max speed 150km/hr with fuel cons. of 5.5l/100 km. we ordinary driver don't need drive fast all the time. So Proton please start make car lighter, if you stuck at the engine part!!! |

I don't ask much from Proton, just that make an affordable variant of Suprima.
If Preve can be fitted with 1.6 IAFM+ engine, why can't Suprima S? Make it more affordable. Also make it as light as Preve. They can just discard all the extra safety features so that it can achieve better power to weight ratio. Basic safety is a must, all the mandatory one. My point is people in Malaysia won't bother much about safety,(e.g. Vios). As long the price is cheaper, they will still buy it. This post has been edited by mi3ra: Sep 10 2013, 02:39 AM |
