2 wks ago I went to their sales office the lady sa told me they goin to launch their 2 storey terrace at 900k, I really can't believe and ask whether she sure about it. Don't know whether because she want to sell off the remaining semi d or what but I still can't believe it

But you will be very near to Kajang 2 commercials and Tropicana Heights commercials that also comes with nice garden scenery. open to public. You will also be near to KTM which is linked to Kajang 2 shopping mall and also just a station away from MRT Kajang hub which also features KTM station.

Sometimes i feel tikaram is licking his own spit on me everywhere. Last time said my buy in alam impian boring, no potential but then suddenly he was interested in alam impian in new thread recently.

I consider nadayu 92, kajang 2 and tropicana heights as 1 cluster development coz very2 near to each other and not even separated to any bare land when completed. Went to kajang 2 sales gallery yest and this meridian service residence is launched already. Idk what's the price. Didn't ask further because ethereal sa can't communicate in English and I suck in bm. What a dumb sa.
