How to become RWI moderator?, Please assist!TQVM!

This Edward612 guy is really funny. Want to become moderator so that he can take revenge by deleting posts that he doesn't like because many of his posts got deleted.
Already declared his evil intention already, so how to get appointed?
He can always hang around in /k/ but too bad /k/ doesn't allow political, religious or sexual issues.
