make sure no background apps is downloading, last time my internet always lag, I always blame the internet and TM, after that my friend teach me to open Resource Monitor from start menu and see what program that eats bandwidth, turn out that when playing dota2, my antivirus automatic update, so after that i turn off auto update, no more lag

1. I notice team match win-lose is not counted towards your personal win-lose, is it a intended feature?

2. How do you chat-to-all during the pick/ban phase in Captain Mode?

1. yes i guess its intended to do that as pub stats more towards individual skill calculations i guess.

2. use console.

Unfortunately, the console command for that particular chat feature is not documented properly. Figure it by asking some fellow DOTA 2 veteran. Thanks for that still though.
