happen to me too..i delete it after game..then somehow you'll get an item..
works for me sometimes..usually i delete duplicate or non-interested item

To those who have lag, install Leatrix Latency Fix, it won't bring down the ping, but it do make it stable, I am using 384 kbps at my home, whenever my team or opponent team use Spectre and it's ulti, my ping went up to 2-3k and spike for 10 sec, after install leatrix latency fix, no more that problem
