Thank you for your kind suggestion. We are very concerned about the rules and regulations of the forum and would like to be extremely cautious before labelling our products with price tags as this will definitely violate the "Brands thread created by goldfries" in the Hardware category.

Will definitely look into that and keep the thread to be updated as often as possible!

That aside, do we have any proud owners for BenQ monitors here? Can't wait to hear more

Hi Duckies,

Thanks for your enquiry. The GW2450HM is currently out of stock. If you're in urgent need for a monitor, may I suggest the GL2450HM monitor.

Our reseller in Penang is MCL and I have PM'ed you their contact. You can check with them for the GL monitor.

As for the warranty, our monitors comes with 3 years standard warranty (from purchase date) with 1 year panel warranty.

Hope that helps! If you're still keen on the GW, I'll give you a buzz once we have it back in stock.

Cheerio!

QUOTE(zerorating @ Aug 20 2013, 04:01 AM)
why not bring up more VA panel monitor. TN panel is inferior compared to IPS/VA/PLS panel in term of contrast ratio, viewing angle and color accuracy. Common people dont care about monitor with 120/144hz refresh ratio mostly, only few so-called gamers(some misinformed) cared.

should offered up  VW2430H and GW2450HM or other affordable va panel monitor  when dell, lg, viewsonic, aoc push alot monitor with IPS panel to their consumer line. too bad VA panel not widely known compared to IPS panel (thanks to apple), even when majority lcd tv using VA panel

anyway, are GW2760HS been demo on any shop in lowyat? if the color production is really good, i would love to buy, too bad pixel will look bigger compared to 23/24inch model (anyway 1440p monitor are more expensive by the way)
*
Hi zerorating,

I would have to say each panel has their roles to play in the world of monitors. TN panel has a response time that goes as fast as 1ms and no, the advantages of having a faster response time when it comes to gaming is immense. It may happen that some people would take that as a marketing gimmick but anyone who has really utilize on it will not agree with that.

As for VA panel, we do carry a few models such as GW2255 and VW2230H but unfortunately 24" models are currently out of stock and they will be available very soon.

Lastly, feel free to visit Viewnet and All IT for GW2760HS as they do carry this particular model. It is not known to us yet whether or not they have a demo unit as vendors do often switch around with their demo units depending on the stock availability.

Thanks smile.gif

Hello there,

2 units of DLP Link 3D Glasses should have been included with the BenQ W1080ST Full HD 3D Short Throw home theatre projector. The 3D glasses are bundled together with the W1080ST projector as standard. Do let us know if your projector was not packaged with the 3D glasses.

However, if you are inclined to purchase extra units of the BenQ 3D glasses, here's the contact details of our reseller in KL.

why benq gaming monitor so expensive? do you deliver quality as other brand and grade?
*
Hello, Good Afternoon!

Definitely. Major tournaments around the world use BenQ's monitors for a reason - near-lagless display, fast response time and color optimization. For example, the RL2450H is one of the fastest 24' monitors in the market. Feedback from professional fighting game players claimed that it's perfect for their games (fighting games are one of the most demanding games, in terms of input lag)

Meanwhile, you can check this review out: http://www.displaylag.com/benq-rl2455hm-pr...monitor-review/

Thanks. smile.gif

Hello, Good Afternoon!

For the GW2460HM is not yet available in Malaysia but GL2460HM is available, the difference between them being the GL2460HM is using TN panel instead of VA panel. EW2440L will be available in Malaysia by the end of October.

Hello,

Judging from the images above, it is most likely caused by external impact and hence panel leakage. The warranty that covers the panel for this model is already over.

We would advise you to get a new replacement as it is not economically advisable to send it for repair.

Thanks!
