Yes, the colour reproduction is superb for photo editing.  It is a great buy at that kind of price range. Im saving up this Chinese New Year's Ang Pow for this wonderful monitor.

biggrin.gif Yes, should be just behind the IPS panel, considering how VA panel has improved.

Models like the http://www.benq.com/product/monitor/sw2700pt/specifications/ (I heard it's coming soon) would be awesome stuff, even better since it's using IPS panel.

I'm currently using the BenQ BL3201PT and it's really awesome stuff, imagine what they have in store for the coming years.

Then go ahead with the VA Panel.

The first time I used a BenQ VA Panel was back in 2014 with the EW2440L and I can tell you I was pretty impressed.

If i only concerned about movies, ,VA is good enough? Heard it has better contrast?

Yes that's correct. It has better contrast.

Again it's all about how picky you are, for me I was skeptical when I first used VA panel but I was proven wrong, the experience was pleasant and I'm intending to buy one really soon.

I'm looking for an affordable 24" monitor (with VGA port) for work purpose (and perhaps a little multimedia - movies).

Any recommendations?

How are you guys enjoying your CNY?

You know, it's great to have a projector around - watch movies (no la, not Deadpool because that one too new), browse through old family photos to have a good laugh, or just singing karaoke CNY songs (got people do that ah?)

Anyway no too late yet, you still have Chap Goh Meh coming ............. or better still, Valentine's Day date. Can view Netflix through project too you know. wub.gif

Lovely projector eh?

How did your Valentine's Day went? Did you use the W2000 Projector for some movie time?

Chap Goh Meh coming, another great opportunity to have good family time!

My pick would be the BenQ EW2440L because of the 4ms response time and the sleek outlook.
