a true story:

a guy went to a cemetery and did whatever to call up a <hantu> and ask for a 4-ekor

that <hantu> told that guy he must give something in exchange

that guy asked, what do you want

that <hantu> said, "hue" (bunga, in hokkien)

that guy thought, heh, it's okay, all that thing wants is flowers, i can buy flowers in any florist, so no problem

so that guy agreed to the exchange

that <hantu> gave that guy an 4-ekor number, that guy went to buy and that 4-ekor number came up as the first price

so that guy was thinking he go buy flowers to that cemetery, but before he could do that, his daughter suddenly dropped dead

just like that, died, in front of him

that distraught guy brought flowers to the cemetery, called up that <hantu> again, and said, nah, here's your flower

that <hantu> told him, no need, I already got what I want (the "hue")

that guy puzzled, what do you mean, you want "hue", right, here's a bunch of "hue"

that <hantu> said, "hue" means "daughter" - you agreed to the exchange and now I got your daughter

somewhere near balik pulau in penang there is a narrow driveway into a forest

deep inside that forest, i was told, there is no sunlight, and there is a hindu kuil

i was told that the "god" there was very "chun", very very "chun", everything that you ask for, you will get

and ... upacara di kuil itu hanya akan bermula pada pukul 12.00 midnight

may fren jemput me to go, i said to them thanks, but no thank

saya sendiri boleh nampak roh-roh

saya tak mau layarkan roh-roh, so saya buat macam saya tak nampak apa-apa pun

i won't go to those places when i know for sure that thing deep inside that forest knows about my ability and may use me to do something that is not very good to others

it is both a gift and a curse

i do not want to cause harm to anything because of it, that is why i won't even go near things like that - no bomoh, no "god with no sunshine", nothing that is to do with roh2 or something that has any connection to neraka

most of "them" mind their own business and never kacau the living

some though, will try to cling on to the living for some reason

that is why even if you can see them you must pretend you can't see, or else whatever message that "they" want to relay they will try to relay to those who can "see" them

not very nice feeling

as for the "look", from bad to worse to unimaginably horrifying (for ordinary people, that is, for us who can see, and have seen enough, we are kinda numbed)

until that day comes i'll try to keep my "dealing" with "Upstairs" rather than "basement"

there's nothing "kewl" about those stories (i did post one story, real one some more, in this tered)
