Experience from a noob.....I had a fall while practicing balancing - 0 km with clipless on.. My outstretched arm took the brunt of the impact.
I didn't took on any precausion, that thought me some humility in treating any stun on the bicycle with respect. This post has been edited by Mac Wai: Aug 11 2013, 05:28 PM |

QUOTE(butthead @ Aug 12 2013, 11:43 AM) dang... tats like telling thomas edison he needs electricity to power his incandescent light bulbs.. You deserve more than a Nobel Peace Prize for having such vision, where every home, office should have one.... Imagine when the north having trouble with the south...despots at the helm about to press the Nukie button.....your motorized machine with BH approved stickers..... Is the only tool left to avert a nuclear disaster......cos timeout for 'Tenga Time' before every epic proportion decision making as the mantra of all World leaders, CEO, COO,CFO or even UFO, i'd make a motorized version add on for the tenga if i was in any position to say anything...speed adjustable |

Since we have ultra runner around here like Vinn_Ann, Syamillion, BH, lil, Appreciate your input. I need a recommendation to buy a running shorts, like a compression shorts...I have a 10 km event on 8/9/13.
Was thinking of using my cycling short but afraid I will embarrass our cycling community here....advice please. Also any good running shoe, just for consideration if I am going to pick up running for fun. This post has been edited by Mac Wai: Aug 14 2013, 10:51 PM |
