Anyone interested in "1st Shimano Highway Challenge" 24th Nov.13? Will this be fun, aside from the RM130 pocket burning registration fees. Its open for amateurs and recreational cyclist, beginners like me only. Vin_Ann is barred from it.....ha...ha! May the veteran here rate this event! tank q!

I did my first 10k run albeit very slow today, but manage to ran all the way. I would never imagine i could accomplish it, though a small feat for someone like VInn or Syam. sup sup sui la! Thanks to cycling base I established helps, but running works the different muscle group and I was struggling nearing the end of the course. My compression shorts and Saucony running shoe kept the muscle soreness at bay. Let me start again, BH....so anyone, for compression here, there, everywhere?

QUOTE(SYAMiLLiON @ Sep 9 2013, 12:40 PM) u got nice bike...sure banyak duit I dun see how I can be figured into your equation too...my bike is a Cheapo unsophisticated brand, unlike Miao's. So my extra RM goes toward saving for a new Bike and wheels.

QUOTE(butthead @ Sep 9 2013, 03:49 PM) you calling me delusional now?? Although ambiguous as it sounds, I want to convey that you are a creative person... If you wan to change career and be a fiction writer.....maybe you could be the new JK Rowlng minus the skirt. Absolutely hilarious and peerless except perhaps Miao could trade blows for blows with you. Take it as a compliment for your witty remarks and statements.
