there's no such thing as sidi cleats. shimano/campy/VP/exustar/speedplay/etc cleats got la

btw, i have only replaced my shimano cleats once. and that's after many years of use. i've never owned cleat covers. i got my cleats when i bought my pedals, installed and wore em for about 7 years before i had to replace them. rm55 for a pair of new cleats. in fact, the cleats outlasted the shoes.

i don't do my 10km run in my cycling shoes with cleats on. my jersey backpockets are reserved for a small wallet, gels, food, pump, pepper spray, keys, phone. no space for cleat covers.

and no, i don't chuck my stuff when i got bored. i never get bored of my stuff. i only replace if it's not suitable for me. i usually give them away or sell em cheap.

and no, the extra stuff i have usually are spare items. not stuff i got bored of.

what gives u the idea i got a room with stuff long forgotten? actually, i only forgot about a conti gatorskin tyre (1 unit only) which i kept in an airtight box.

but if u really insist to get the cleat covers, go ahead. whatever floats ur boat man.

speedplay diff story la. those things are expensive. u better make full use of ur cleat covers

i find shimano cleats are much easier to walk in compared to look's. not sure about time.

betul.. 7 yrs la. until those things almost pecah, then only i tukar. i don't walk much in cycling shoes.
