Hi,
If MNP from Celcom postpaid with 2 sub lines to Redone, what documents required ? Can be done ? Seems that Redone also part of Celcom.

Hi pclowyat,

Not possible, Celcom and RedONE is not linked directly. You have to switch your Celcom postpaid mainline to be RedONE for your sub lines to be RedONE as well.

Regarding Ezzy2duoSim.

By using this to stick to my current SIM card. If I want to use Redone as the data connection, can it be set ?

No, you can only use one operator at a time. But you can switch it anytime without pulling out the sim card.

hi, does tis mean tat if i use another redtone no,i just use my current digi simcard with digi number den i can use both no on one phone but oni one operator at any one time..Den how can i switch the operator in the phone?thx

To change the operator, simply dial to 888 and the operator can be switched between Digi/RedONE. Once you've purchased from us, it'll come with manual and FAQ so no worries on that.

Yep, you'll get 1GB of high speed but it gets slower after 1GB but still able to surf. (facebook/whatsapp/wechat/etc), video streaming will be slow thou.. PM me for me info.

What happen if i forgot to pay my monthly bill? Will my MNP number be terminated and I need to get a new number?

Or if I don't make make payments on time, are there likely to incur lots of late fees and other fines?

We will keep reminding you if you didn't pay your bill. Your number will only get terminated after 3 months of unpaid bill.

If late payment of one month, no penalty charges. More that 2 months will only have RM10 extra charge. More than 3 month will be terminated and yes, you have to get a new number unfortunately.
