If you want bleeding edge fast software, there are always people in XDA provide that. In term of speed I think all OEM is around the same except Nexus.

if you own S4 LTE, and change to LTE enabled sim card.. you can get LTE speed..

if binary count=1, that means... u gotta to TA[wth why S4 3g tarak.]

If you manage to restore back to local stock firmware...with binary counter zero...and official status.., mostly they will accept it.

But they still have the right to reject your warranty claim as another hidden binary counter cannot be reset by user. Though they quite lenient in this as long as you done your part above.
Just be prepared that in the end..they might still reject your claim.

It not about Exynos...it's about Chainfire doesn't use 9500.
He use 9505 version. So it easy for him to make his TA and MOP compatible with the LTE version.
If you can be kind enough to donate him one 9500..am sure that both apps can be use within a few days..lolz
