If you are using anything of Sandisk Class 10 16GB and below, you might be safe. Problem mostly occur with Sandisk 32GB/64GB Class 10 and have been acknowledged by Sandisk. Supposedly fixed in new batch but most of the world batches are the older ones.
Not all of the 32GB/64GB class 10 trigger the fault, some live their full life without problems. Depends on luck actually but Sandisk fault increase fault occurrence exponentially.
