- anyone know what is size of waja stock door speakers (clarion model PW850545), is it 4" or 5.25".

Simply connect front channel to mid and tweeter together. Waja hu is also 4 channel just like your kenwood hu. Beware of polarities.

Waja stock speakers are 5.25” in front and 6.5” at the back.

Based on the items you’re going to install, I guess your budget is around 1k. If I were you, I would change front speaker first. Get a good speakers, as for me i will choose eton pro. Some buddies at automotive garage do offer a good price for it. Slowly, if you get extra cash go for the amp and subwoofer. Hu is the last thing to upgrade.Waja hu not so bad. Remember, using your Kenwood hu, you might lost steering –remote control functionality.

my waja HU spoilt - so no choice, can accept without steering remote. so will get 5.25" for front as I hink 6.5" will require lots of modification to door?

If you budget is RM1k, and if I were you, I would change the front speakers too. Get a good speakers, as for me I will go to shop and audit all the speakers within my budget. If really 1k for speakers, then you can get something very nice already. I would SUGGEST TO TRY Dominations, Focal, Helix, Morel, German Maestro, Pioneer, NO. ALPINE.
Some "friends" at LYN automotive garage do offer a good price for it. Slowly, if you get extra cash go for the amp and subwoofer. Change whatever you think meet your requirement most. Waja HU please throw into longkang. Remember, using your Kenwood hu, you can opt for adapter/converter/proxy to retain your steering control.

Cheers bro. The best ICE is always the one that your budget permits.
