Hey sAkUrAg1

I am not working with TI but I have been to the interview before for the position of a Process Engineer. Basically, the interview is just like normal HR recruiting process. The one who were interviewing me was a manager.

The salary was RM2k that time. Forgotten about the office hour but if its for engineering position, dont expect to be 8-5 job. He said all the engineers are extremely stressed and most of the time working OTs.

If you are worried about the interview, just google "Tough Interview Questions" and you can get quite some guidelines. Good Luck!

not to down your plane, but just need to tell you this. Rite now, the new guys are being loaded with tonnes of workload. most of them can't even last a month. if you are the NATO (No Action, Talk Only) type, you will certainly survive longer.

This is a terrible place to work.....
Double standard between Execs and Technicians....

Execs get to go uot and eat but technicians and operatos are not allowed that luxury.

And they do max cost savings.Im currently doing 2 persons job, even after requesting for another personal to help.
(2 persons job with 2 different job functions).
