Nice collection. i have a few too.
i cant really remember the names as it was quite a few years back, but i can say that one is the ultrasaurus, one is a pteradactyle (is that how it is spelt?) one worm (like the one in your pic) and one dino with plates on the back that can "move". lovely man..i miss those days where i had small zoids...couldnt afford big ones...but i hate tat rubber thing which always falls off n go missing...the new zoids dont look so nice no more...

I am Zoids collector also, so far i am only collecting battery operated zoids. I will try to post a pic of all my zoids that i have.
I have too much zoids, until some of them i don't have time to assemble it. My favourite zoids so far in my collection is Gojulas Giga and Energy Liger. They are way too cool! |

FYI , i couldnt find the real picture , so i got a gashapon pic instead. I do have the real model with the rotating vulcan gun , but it's hidden somewhere in the house. Yes , black/green , not the red tards they have out now. |

got myself a limited edition of Whitz Tiger Imitate, thats why its orange.
inside the box has two zoids; Savinga and Whitz Wolf. these two zoids can fusion together and become Whitz Tiger. will post pics after i finish making them. Attached thumbnail(s)

i cant disclose the price here cos it is a rare limited item, but i know toyz expression at times square have another set. go get one now. today went to time machine, gojulas mariner, iron kong jeti, a few other limited zoids are quoted rm450 each  ridiculous price  p/s: my whitz tiger combined from savinga and whitz wolf. errr..tho it does stated 'limited edition' on the box, whitz tiger imitate aint dat hard 2 find...got mine oni at $80 couple of months back...still i can find it scattered in shopping malls in kl for dat same price during sales

Whitz Tiger Imitate was a convention Zoid, released to 300 or 1000 units, I don't remember. But there was a second release after, with a big number of models, which made that it is still easy to find one currently, for cheap.
the one you saw at retail stores now are mostly reissue kits in 2005. back then, the price was easily exceeded Rm280. =) |

yeah, couple of limited edition zoids did have re-release - like shield liger dcs-j. makes our lives easier than 2 depend on those scalpers who bought in bulk oni 2 sell it later at jack up price...

the most expensive zoids would be 1980's king gojulas, gilvader, ultrasaurus, mad thunder and gungyalador. these 5 kits are considered the holy grails of zoids. =)
for example, 1980's Gilvader (MIB) was sold off at the price of US$1893 in Japan Yahoo Auction 2 years ago. now thats how much Ringgit here? lol |

haha. been hunting the big 5 - king g, gilvader, m/thunder, d/saurer & u/saurus. so far managed 2 get 4 except king g. i got gildragon as opposed 2 gilvader...a consolation in a way:)

two totally different values lah bro but if you have own 1980s mad thunder, deathsaurus and ultrasaurus then your collection kicks ass adi! cos i dont own any of them. i doubt tomy will re-release king g, maybe in legend blox series |

the values i mean here is... you cant compare a 20+ years old Gilvader with reissued Gildragon in 2005. take em both to ebay or yahoo auction, the price itself shows their values. vintage toys are always few hundreds percent more expensive |

cb company... blcok usb... fn useless company... now cant even upload my zoids' pix... i just bought 2 zoids tis week... a Liger Zero on tuesday, took me 3 hours to finish it.

Not sure bout limited edition one but a Deadly Kong costs RM200 only. I bought 2 smaller zoids yesterday, Command Wolf (white) and Hel Digunner. End of this month when payday go shop for 3 big ones hehehe. Still looking for Barigator and Zabad.

Yep.. exactly the same... saw it in Mid Valley, not Toys R Us but one small toy store on the ground floor if im not mistaken. Anyone wanna go Zoids shopping with me end of this month @ MV Toys R Us? Planning to get Godos, Brastle Tiger, and Rainbow Jerk or the white T-Rex.

Hmmm... i got a couple to get on my mind, but donno which 3, my budget for end of this month Zoids shopping is RM300... Problem is Deadly Kong costs 200

Nope, its not a raptor. Its the milkish white edition Zoids, all dinasours only. I saw a T-Rex and a Triceratops for that version. The raptor for the milkish white one is damn small only, the RM39 package.

Yeah, that TYPE... but u posted a raptor not a T-Rex while i meant a rex ahahahahah... for me, money no object lar... even if spunk 500 per shopping on Zoids also can, only depending if I need to change job or move houses. Here's a list of pix what I wanna get by end of December... 8 of them... that would make 12 Zoids by new year.
        Some more, but I doubt LYN let us post more than 7 or so pix. Oh yer, I superglued a crew to his seat on Command Wolf cos the fella just cant sit still... lol.... the ones you posted are all normal kits, if you have secure finance you might as well go for the limited edition zoids, such as Yuji Kaida series, Zoids Official LTDs, Toy's Dream Project, Convention Exclusives and etc. Zoids have too many sub lines click Zoids for more info. OJR, NJR, Robostrux, TechnoZoids, Zoids2, Blox, NeoBlox and Legend Blox just to name a few |

OK, end of this month gonna get
- Ultrasaurus - RM? (8 FREAKIN CREWS!!!) - Brastle Tiger - 100 - Gojulas Giga - 130 All 3 at once. All high difficulty so should spend around half a day or a lil more than that to finish all 3. deathsaurer itself is not available locally i think. but there are alot in ebay or yahoo auction.
another variant of deathsaurer by toys dream project is called Bloody Deathsaurer, very rare even in ebay/yahoo auction not to say available locally. even if you're able to find one, prepare to fork out a lot of money to get it maybe 200-300 USD dollars for a MIB. |

lol, these wind-up zoids are more than ten years old! Zoiders called them Whiteheads and they worth some money.

nope, i'm not kidding. bought mt at $90 when litt takk started dumping the academy mt into the market. later most shopping malls have it too...and they sold it for $80 during sales period. consider it as a 'clearance item' - hence the low price
gildragon's rrp is $250...reduced to $200 during sales, which was when i bought it..ahaaa. since it's a relatively new item, the price wont be coming down too drastically for now... |

aiyah.. u guys live in kl, so it's much easier to find these rare zoids.. jealous maa.. in melaka, the best place is jusco.. i bought gojulas, command wolf, ultrasaurus, liger zero there.. can anybody from kl buy the death saurer for me? i'll pay u.. i don't think any shops in melaka have dis..

Just bought the newer version Blox and NeoBlox kits.. the Dispelow Blox and the Murasame Liger NeoBlox (Lengend Series).. and know what?? im freakin likin them!! planning to buy the Yuji Kaida version Shadow Arms Lizards Blox.. ..Anyone here collecting Blox type Zoids? |

personally i do not like blox zoids very much. dont know about the others. i still prefer motorised zoids.
i have shadow arm lizards, very nice colour scheme compare to its counter part double arm lizards. recommended to get before they gone from the market! |

yup.. the blox types are less 'appealing' visually.. but dunno why.. i just cant seem to push myself to buy motorized versions..yet
indeed the SALizards color scheme is top notch.. maybe it wont be extinct frm the market that early tho.. still got 10 boxes there at Littakk hobbyshop.. and the fact that Zoids fandom in malaysia hasnt reach Gundam level...yet Also planning to get the upcoming HMM Kotobukiya Zoids Command Wolf.. the redesign is just awesome.. am also eyeing on the HMM Shiled Liger.. damn cool.. |

HMM shield liger is available now at the market. command wolf will only be released on spring next year. thats still long wait lol.
but before that, kotobukiya will release another liger called desert shield liger. there are rumors stating the desert shield liger will be a limited release. HMM series is crazy, it takes 8-10 hours to build one. you heard it right, hours. |

if you dig out some vintage rare zoids, put them on ebay us and the price will go sky high. as for the regular types, the resale value is very low because of the low demand of zoids.

 almost done, only need to put all the minor details (2xhangar), guns and moar  done!  starts to roam around the house, picture taken with my dead 17" monitor  mad tunder vs ultrasaurus?  kerozoid! really having fun building it. like mad thunder this critter is filled with minor details. cant wait to start detailing it tommorow. yeah it would be nice if they can do it at a correct scale. but even now the box is hueg, i guess the box size will multiply by two if its made on correct scale , going to take a coke break and figure out where to put it till then, ZOID ON!!! just back from Ipoh today only I've a news for those who wants to buy DS, US I guess LT is distribute large amount of DS, US & MT to all of the big departmental stores (such as Jusco, Parkson, etc.) I can see Jusco Ipoh has DS & US selling at RM 99.90 too bad it's special price item so no 20% discount on DS & US Those who are not live in KL try to search DS / US / MT in your local departmental store which sell Zoids I think you might be able to get these 3 & I think it won't be sold out that fast too |

damn. come to think of it, my cousin has more whiteheads than me. mine mostly grey heads. LOL. (those days the whiteheads look ugly laaa) i remember i used those heads (regardless of white or not) then fix wings / gears at the side and voila - it becomes a plane!! |

Hullo. Today the plan somehow messed up. been drag here and there by my gf. so around 10pm only have time for me and my zoid quest. Almost all the shops already close at this hour. so the only one that is still open is metrojaya bts. Didnt put any hope on it so just drag my gf to it (hey its my turn to drag her pulak
) but its fruitful. Heres some of zoids that i encounter at the shelve Huhu last time (around 2 yrs before) its retail only around 69.90.Wonder whats with the price hike  Dunno if this critter is rare or not, but not on my priority i guess.  ah imitate tiger, one of forumer here says its a rare so better grab it fast  itsssss BARNEY!!1! Ah ya, all of the zoids are 20% discounted so better get it quick! edit - as for me this is what i wanted,  This is the my 3rd zoid from neo blox line and the first would be cute gojulas, Why you should buy it, its cheap, comes with shiny pilot (if im not wrong this is the early days version of pilot ; the good guys in shiney gold and the bad guys in shiney silver or is it vice versa ) and most of all its poseable! Didnt take long to finished it - just pre-assembling takes around 30-40 minutes. Well just finished ultrasaurus on the other day so this one is really walk in the park Maybe later will invest more time on detailing it. best is to find out who is the distributor.
then check if the warehouse got any discounts or not. i remember last year when DKSH had a warehouse sale i got toys for my nieces and nephews dirt cheap. e.g. barbie ferari which usually cost rm100 over were sold for just rm25, plus come FOC with another Barbie toy. |

its called Decalto Dragon. a fusion of Deathraser and Parablade.
the red death stinger is from YK web series called Death Stinger ZS which is like 3 4 times of price compared to the regular ones. the cheapest YK limited zoid you could get is Shadow Arm Lizards because this model kit has been reissued last year. dont know why they did that tho... vintage is old lines (like gilvalder,king gojulas,gorem) ahtiven's shiny iron kong is from zoids2. its released around 1990 (that time i was like form 1; so dont have that much moolah ) You may say its only 10 yrs period but its really rare to find it at supermarket or TRUs, only get it at ebay and at collector's price

really like the Decalto Dragon but it was sold @ RM99.90.. only one left.. saw the Gildragon yesterday.. RM259.. so damn expensive.. better start menabung from now.. maybe will get it on march.. btw, just search zoids @ ebay worldwide.. wow, the zoids there very tempting.. but kinda hate some people who live here in malaysia but sell them using USD and pound.. |

As I said before, don't worry US & DS will out of stock so soon
a lot of shops in Bukit Bintang area carry these 2 Zoids in their shop at RM 99.90 I just saw FT in LY do have few boxes for US & DS MT can be seen in many shops also last time but now seems like hard to find already |

aiyah i dig up my zoids, most of them dismantled until donno parts go where already. damn but no problem, i shifted so many times. my mother helped me pack. some more that time i kid i also donno where i place those parts. wait la later on i do archeological project then may uncover more. |

oh sorry forgot to answer your question.
i dont think there are any differences between the variant and the normal US tho. most of the zoids variant are different in color scheme unless the limiteds or special ones, and the model itself is 95% the same as standard ones. |

but that minor difference will drive hardcore collectors crazy already. furthermore some of the limiteds/rare do not have standard releases. |

Does it still poseable like blox joints? Have to do more homework. Last time i did some lining on sally's wing using art pen 0.1 (or is it 0.5 ; whichever smaller) the one costs around 5-6 buck.

heading to bts later. for lining i use gundam marker(rm9-10 from xl shop). remember, use only black ink for the colorful plastic ones(red,yellow,green etc), and use only grey gundam marker on white-surfaced zoids. =) |

they do not have grades like Gundam kits, but if you notice the boxes, you can see "level 1,2,3,4,5 to 6". but building zoids is really fun and easy.
unless you want to try difficult ones, try HMM Kotobukiya Shield Liger. taa daa! you like ligers, and you like challenging build. i suggest you get kotobukiya liger @ rm130. but beware, some have problems with this kit tho. older zoids come with either baterised motors or wind up motors. nowadays they have BLOX, NEO BLOX and LEGEND BLOX without any motors. Frankly, I find Queensbay boring
No toy shops and no techie/gadget shops, even if there are I might have miss them For the time being, I think I'll avoid the HMM Kotobukiya Shield Liger. Not scared of complex assembly, just afraid of kits I need to glue/easily breaks apart. My mom likes to come and wipe the dust off my stuff once in a while so it won't be a good idea anyway Bro Ah WanG, you bought your Energy Liger from Jaya Jusco in Queensbay right? Looks cool to me I'm a Penang guy but from the Mainland side lar, so it's kinda like ... ... Impossible ... ... my house go megamall only need less than half hour.. go bm? 15 mins i think btw just done lining on 1 part of my energy liger which is the blade on the head there. the Zi planet words i paint it into black.. the effect quite satisfy then i go do lining for the claw.. the effect.. OMFG.. like sapu nail oil at toe .. dam regret... but paint 1 paw liao have 2 paint another 1 baru balance.. the paws at bhind tat part haven't do.. dunno wanna continue or not |

Yup, 3 modes
Schneider, Yager and Panzer. Panzer is awesome, so many missiles it can take out a squadron of dunno what Zoid (I've forgotten the name, looks like bats and ugly ) Yager reminds me of the Blade Liger AB.DeathStinger ... It can only die when the core was moved to the DeathSaurer. Even the Gravity Cannon can't kill it Complete collection? If you mean the anime, yes. But only soft copies, can't find any Zoid animes in shops, Gundam animes however are easy to come by I have Chaotic Century, Guardian Force and New Century Zero only. The only Ligers there are Liger Zeros, seems like Ah WanG did grab the last Energy Liger I even took down every Zoid box from the shelf to check, then put them back Anyone kind souls out there who are willing to buy one and post it to me? 1 Gojulas Giga there, 6 Liger Zero, 2 BitGriffon (Or was it BitGriffin? ), 2 Zabats, 4 Command Wolfs, 3 Rayse Tiger (Comes with DVD), 5 Whitz Tiger Imitate (I thought these wre limited editions ) and some other Zoids which I didn't bother to remember their names. But i am not a variant collector so i really pick one zoid - one type method. so konig wolf mk2 falls under, well u guess it a wolf (well maybe these pattern will change in future naruto : is the konig wolf mk2 worth to collect? how much izzit ar ) The konig wolf is the one piloted by the old lady in zoid genesis. As ahtiven mentioned before both of the cp are rare and really expensive but you really need both of the cp to make konig wolf to be complete (the white konig wolf only have sniping google but no sniping gun ) so if you ask me its really worth it.It retails at 99.90 bucks (Another zoid that its price hike. I bought it around 60-70 bucks last time ; same price with death stinger last time) |

finished the death saurer last night, almost twice the height of deadborder.

Asked my friend in Melaka who'll be on his way back to Penang next week to do some Zoids (Especially those of the Liger type ) hunting for me with a budget of RM150 and guess what? ... i saw genesis brastle tiger before at local stores, but njr brastle tiger is more rare.
if you buy brastle tiger, make sure to get rayse tiger and whitz tiger as well to complete the three legendary tigers. |

hi all zoids fans... here to report a
just now my fren went mlk jj shopping.. then he saw death stinger so i ask his help to buy.. cos left 2 units there later on when he reach home.. i wanna bank in money to him then he said total is 300++ at first abit shock then only i knew the surprise.. bcos b4 tat i told him to check whether still got gildragon n death stinger or not at jj mlk.. so he saw got n bought those 2 for me... omg.. end up i bought 5 zoids this months liao... i wanna control myself liao.. |
