Whitz Tiger Imitate was a convention Zoid, released to 300 or 1000 units, I don't remember. But there was a second release after, with a big number of models, which made that it is still easy to find one currently, for cheap.

the one you saw at retail stores now are mostly reissue kits in 2005.

back then, the price was easily exceeded Rm280. =)

yeah, couple of limited edition zoids did have re-release - like shield liger dcs-j. makes our lives easier than 2 depend on those scalpers who bought in bulk oni 2 sell it later at jack up price...

the most expensive zoids would be 1980's king gojulas, gilvader, ultrasaurus, mad thunder and gungyalador. these 5 kits are considered the holy grails of zoids. =)

for example, 1980's Gilvader (MIB) was sold off at the price of US$1893 in Japan Yahoo Auction 2 years ago. now thats how much Ringgit here? lol

haha. been hunting the big 5 - king g, gilvader, m/thunder, d/saurer & u/saurus. so far managed 2 get 4 except king g. i got gildragon as opposed 2 gilvader...a consolation in a way:)

it' oni a matter of time when tomy wud decide 2 re-release the king g....

how could you compare gilvader with gildragon?

cos i dont own any of them. i doubt tomy will re-release king g, maybe in legend blox series

errr...they are the same, save 4 the colors & horns. then again, gildragon did came with the original gilvader horns, juz in case u'd like 2 recolor it acc 2 the ori color scheme

the values i mean here is... you cant compare a 20+ years old Gilvader with reissued Gildragon in 2005.

take em both to ebay or yahoo auction, the price itself shows their values. vintage toys are always few hundreds percent more expensive

speaking of values...i dun much care abt 'em. 4 me toys are 2 be played with, not sitting idle in it's box unopened waiting 4 the price 2 rise & sell it off 4 a profit..haha.

me, i started off with mad thunder late last year. since then, i've collected about 15 zoids edi...really got itchy hands...ahaaa

whats the biggest and most expensive zoids now ?

Not sure bout limited edition one but a Deadly Kong costs RM200 only. I bought 2 smaller zoids yesterday, Command Wolf (white) and Hel Digunner. End of this month when payday go shop for 3 big ones hehehe. Still looking for Barigator and Zabad.







Saw a Shield Liger for RM180.. donno true or not.

Yep.. exactly the same... saw it in Mid Valley, not Toys R Us but one small toy store on the ground floor if im not mistaken. Anyone wanna go Zoids shopping with me end of this month @ MV Toys R Us? Planning to get Godos, Brastle Tiger, and Rainbow Jerk or the white T-Rex.

Godos everywhere also got lar. I meant Gordos the stego not Godos the small t-rex haha, mistake. Not sure what the big T-rex is called... its milkish white in colour. Hmmm... i got a couple to get on my mind, but donno which 3, my budget for end of this month Zoids shopping is RM300... Problem is Deadly Kong costs 200
