CIMB APDIF outperformed Ponzi Quantum because I bought HQAF at pretty high NAV and also I topped up on it.

AmAP REITs didn't drop because I believe ROI is moving into the upward trend after distribution.

I prefer to track fund by fund rather month-on-month. If MOM how? Save last month figure and compared against current month?

I didn't track portfolio overall IRR because there're 2 funds from PM which is relatively very old and will affect overall portfolio IRR. I may track it later after these 2 funds are out from the picture.

Yeah, just save the previous month RM figures or park in a neighbouring column, then

(current - previous) / previous x 100%

If we top-up during current month, then the RM figure sure higher than previous right? In that case, shouldn't we compare the % of previous month with the % of current month?

US will shutdown?

What A US Shutdown Means To You
The US government has failed to agree on a federal budget so it has effectively stopped providing all but essential services. The technical term for this is a shutdown, which sound more terminal than it really is.

That’s because since 1976, the US government has shut down on 18 separate occasions. Six of those shutdowns occurred in the 70s; eight happened in the 80s and three in the 90s. There hasn’t been a shutdown since 1995, which was when President Clinton occupied the Whitehouse.............
............In times like this it is easy to fall into the trap of panicking along with the naysayers. But remember this: While some parts of America may be closed for business, it is business as usual elsewhere in the world.
