Sorry for the late reply! Yup, there is IT Support openings that is not related to programming, but you still need basic understanding in programming to properly diagnose certain issues.

Yup, most positions are 3pm-12am, parking is 100% claimable if you're on shift, along with lots of other allowances. There is also the regular 9-6 shift, but your allowances will vary lah. And certainly no parking provided for those "normal" hours (9-6).

Yup, we have openings for that too. Working hours is standard 9-6, unless we have other arrangements depending on the project you are working for. Benefits are allowances such as transport, internet, phone, parking (parking allowance only applicable if you work on shift), shift allowance (if you work on shift), meal allowance (if you work on shift), medical, tech choice (you can buy your own preferred laptop and we will pay for it monthly. But if you do not want to take this option, we will provide you with a company laptop). We provide taxi for people working on shift as well.

Yup, you wanna buy anything also can, as long as you are able to work with the workstation that you purchased. The idea is simple: as long as you don't use the company laptop, we will pay you X amount per month, for as long as you are employed, regardless of how much is the laptop. So yeah, quite a number of the employees here bought themselves macbook with that. You dont have to pay the money back when you resign.

We still provide for you a LED screen, despite the tech choice.
